Positive affirmations can help, such as, Today I am beginning my spiritual journey to recovery. and another that I used when I made the decision to be happy was, I deserve to let good things happen in my life today. Happiness is not something that most of us humans are taught how to or even to believe we can have. So as adults we go on being unhappy like our parents were and in my cause still are, or we decide we don't have to live life like those around us do and just become a happy healthy person, physically and mentally. It takes time but if your strong and determined you can do it.

CHOOSE to be...Happiness is a choice. When you wake up every morning, you can choose to be in a good mood or choose to be in a bad mood. It's all in the choices you make. If there's an obstacle that happens throughout the day, how you choose to handle that obstacle will decide what mood you're in. Hope this helps. each person makes their own happiness no one can tell you how.. each morning you wake up and have a choice am i going to be happy today or am i going to be miserable. you choose as for me i pick happy and try my hardest not to let anything or anybody stand in my way of that..

If you are comfortable in your own skin then you will be happy with yourself and if your happy then your life is happy.

first one must be happy with their self, accept their self, before they can be happy in life. to be happy one must have a healthy self esteem, appreciate their worth, and take pride in their abilities. and what they have in life, and not focus on what they don't have.

The best way that I know how is to be true to your self and not to worry so much what others think of you, easier said than done, but it is sooo worth it!
