I think most of them just want to be like the norm and have a normal marriage but they can't when both spouses are celebrities. The media follows them both all the time. That puts extra stress on a marriage then more stress is added with rumors and gossip run wild. They probably think that since they have things in common and both know how to live in the lime light they have a chance so why not give it a try.
51% of all marriages, whether celebrity or not, end up in dovirce within the first 5 years. With those statistics, why would anyone get married?

Just because celebrities always are with other celebrities. They don't see much regular person, so they fall in love with the people they are in touch with and they get divorced sometimes. I suppose you're not a celebrity (no offense) and among regular persons. There is a good chance that you will marry a regular person then and hopefully you won't divorce.

First, that is who they are around. You tend to marry those who you work with or meet through friends. The celebrity circle is pretty tight, so your choices are limited.
Second, if you marry someone who doesn't understand the demands of your job, you are going to run into trouble with them, as well. Sure, it seems like it would be great if I married, say, Selma Hayak (before she was pregnant and engaged, of course), but how would I deal with her being away for months at a time for filming and the other things that she would have to do just to keep her job.
I think being the spouse of a celebrity would take a lot of patience and understanding, and I am not sure that most people are cut out for it.

People tend to marry people they meet in every day life and celebrities don't meet a lot of regular people, except for the ones that work for them. Also, there are parts of the celebrity life that are very stressful, and a lot of regular people aren't going to put up with that, so that only leaves the celebrities to date and marry each other.

I guess it's just for attention and so that they can say they're married. Others (very few) truly love each other but their fame gets in the way. And I agree with you; I'd rather marry a normal person. But after Britney and KFed, you wonder, "Wouldn't it just be easiest to not be a celebrity at all?"

Because they all think that 'normal people' like you and I are just looking for money. They don't know for sure so they just marry some other famous person. There isn't a whole lot to choose from so you have to take what you can get. Why they get divorces so much.

Because they need others of like mind to feed their almost shizophrenic minds. They are a detached people and reality to them is far from true reality. How can they settle down when their lives are controlled by those who do not allow them to settle down? 95% of celebrity marriages end in divorce-so it seems. That is sad and if anyone looks to them as real life examples they are also detached.
But what do I know? I am just a regular person.:-)

Just cause some have no time at all for a personal life, so at least by marrying a celeb, their partner knows that kind of life and won't complain that "they aren't spending enough time together" and they divorce cause they can and it's ALMOST expected.

Because celebrities who are married to other celebrities get more exposure. And that's what it's all about in their world, getting their photos in all the glossy magazines. :-)

It's all a matter of publicity. If a marriage with someone else who is famous gets your face on magazine covers it's great, but in that world everyone and everything has a shelf life. If yours is up, you're gone.
