XA = 2 * 20 sin30 = 20.0 miles west
YA = 2 * 20 cos30 = 34.6 miles north

XB = 2 * 40 cos75 = 77.3 miles east
YB = 2 * 40 sin75 = 20.7 miles north

Distance difference = (97.3, 13.9) = 98.3 miles

The speed is just the distance divided by 2 hours: 49.2 mph
