i heard that the game fatal frame was a scary game but im not 2 sure, ive played FEAR,Doom 3,COndemned(that was pretty good but not scary enough) and thats all that i can think of atm

Fatal Frame III: The Tormented, Resident Evil 4, God of War 1&2 some monsters are scary looking.

Fatal Frame 2 is supposedly the most scariest game made so far. Clock Tower 3 is a scary game for the PS2. You can find it very cheap, especially on Amazon.com where I bought it for about five dollars. I don't know it has its kind of gratuitous moments, but it has this atmosphere in the game and the feeling of helplessness. If or when you play the game if decide to you will understand what I mean. Worth the cheap price it is.

Fatal frame really a scary game for me, i mean for most of the ppl who played, since u are using a camera to capture a ghost photo~!! omg... creepy

PC Gamer diehards will tell you System Shock 2 is the most frightening game made. It was so stressful for me I ended up uninstalling it. Aliens vs Predator 2 had a good shock value, too. F.E.A.R. was good, but unfortunately mood music before each scripted "event" tipped off that something bad was about to happen, so that somewhat removed the shock value.

I didnt play this game but my dad did (i was like 5) resident evil 1 or silent hill. I would have nightmares evernight and think zombies were coming to get me.

resident evil 4 is one of the scariest i have played... it maybe lame to others if you dont know the secret in controlling the character and playing the game. Its one of the best part than the other resident evil.
