George Bush has begun to step out on his own. I think he got tired of being told what to do. Trouble is, he really can't think very well and can't make decisions very well or handle himself in meetings very well without someone thinking for him or coaching him. Although, it is an honest effort.
Now in the case of Cheney, there is nothing honest about that old swindler. And in the case of Rove, that fat cow is so disgusting how do any of them stand him even though he can think in devious and diabolical ways.

why post such a hateful question? A question with no truth behind it? George W. Bush is his own man and makes his own decisions!
