I am going to assume that you mean death and sex.
Not having experienced death yet, and it having been a while since experiencing what you would call "mind-blowing" sex, I can only surmise that the death experience and sex would have some similarities.
The explosion of the senses, the brilliance of the neural pulses, the fine line between pain and pleasure from muscular contractions.
Now, if you really do mean dead, take for example my sex life. In that case, there is no difference.

dead is dead= not living and sex is a beautiful thing and can be only done while alive (unless the person is a necrophiliac)
