I think what you mean to ask is: Would everyone be willing to take a pledgeto abolish aids?

Asking "Can everyone...", implies do people have the ability to take the pledge. To which the answer would be of course everyone "Can" take a pledge.

As for "would" everyone. No one wants aids. And taking a pledge to stop it is nice but really doesn't address the problem.
