I'm asked for my phone No. I type the prefix and the No. but they are asking for the "SUFFIX" Which I gather go's on the end but have no idea what it is ??

Hi! If your bill looks like mine, and we're talking about the same thing, look at the end of your phone number at the top of your bill. You should have three numbers after your phone number. This, in my case, is the customer number. I hope this works for you. Bye!

The last set of numbers is the suffix (the first numbers are the prefix).

Example: If your phone number is 555-8888, 8888 is the suffix and 555 is the prefix.
