Only one that counts as shot on goal is a puck that gets iced on net, but it is not possible to get an icing call that is on net. It is just a shot. Unless the goalie is pulled, if a puck goes through the crease, then icing is negated, also the puck has to clear the end red line for it to be icing, so a puck iced on net cannot be icing.

Dude, a puck that hits the crossbar or post only counts if it deflects in the net after it hit the post or crossbar, other wise they don't count.

I believe the rule is that any puck that the goalie must stop or it will go in the net is a shot on net. So a shot that hits the post isn't a shot because the goalie doesn't stop it. The same goes for any blocked shots by deffencemen or fowards. A puck that is iced on net is tricky though. I've been at games where I've seen them get counted and also have seen them not be counted. If I had to choose one, I would say that it should be counted as a shot on net. Shots that hit the side of the net are not shots (same rule as posts). Poke checks don't count as shots because the player carrying the puck never actually shoots it.

the official rule that designates a "shot on goal" is that the puck must be able to go into the net.so to answer your questions.
1. this is not a shot on net because it cannot and did not go into the net, however if a shot hits the inside of the post and goes in the net,it is counted as a shot.
2. a shot that hits another player and goes to the net is not a shot on goal.,the shot must have no rediection from a players body, other than a stick, deflections, count as shots.
3.a puck that gets iced on net counts as a shot, there is no difference where the shot came from,as long as it is on the net.
4.a shot that hits the side of the net is not a shot on goal.
5.if a goalie poke checkes the puck away from an oncoming player before he adds forward momentum to the puck is not a shot on goal.

i hope this helps you, good luck

1) no it has to be saved or go in net to be a shot on goal

2) no see above

3) This can't possibly happen if it's iced on net and the goaltender doesn't play it that's a goal because its going in. If he does play it than it's not icing.

4) no see #1

5) yes if its poke checked away by the goaltender thus being a save and a shot on goal, by anyone else no.

I think the only one that should is when the puck hits the post or crossbar. It is the one that has the best chance of going in so it should be a shot.

EVERY SHOTS COUNTS IF THE SHOT IS DIRECTLY AT THE NET, IF IT HITS A PLAYER OR ITS A BLOCK SHOT IT WILL NOT COUNT. IF IT HITS THE SIDE OF THE NET, OR POSTS AND GOES WIDE IT DOESN'T COUNT AS A SHOT. ONLY THING THAT COUNTS IS A DIRECT SHOT AT THE NET AND SAVED BY THE GOALIE OR GOES IN THE NET. IF IT HITS THE POSTS AND GOES IN YES THAT COUNTS TOO.
YES YOU DO HEAR COMMENTATORS SAYING HE SHOT IT WIDE WELL, TECHNICALLY IT WAS A SHOT BUT IT DOESN'T COUNT AS A SHOT ON GOAL.
