The approximately ( GROSS ) weight of kitchen wall cabinet unit including safety factor = 70 pounds (about 32 kilograms)

It depends on the cabinets and how well they were installed. If they are pulling away from the wall or the shelves are bowing they are overloaded.

yes, and to continue specifically did he use the proper screws...length, girth, head size? did they hit solid wood, or glance off to the side? prefab...is the cabinet installed right side up? ( I seen this done, easy to miss, but the home owner with her stack of dishes will surely find it ! )
