One day my supervisor came to me and asks whether i want to join company as i am currently contract workers. He offer me technician post and i agreed to him even i am female because i just don't want to be an operator anymore. I want to write/email to him about my deeply interested for the post and what should i write to impress him and he's not hesitantly take me for the job? Pls help anyone thanks ya

Let him know that your grateful for the opportunity offered, however, you want to move out of the operator field that your in. Let him know exactly what you want. But be gracious and thankful. Ask if there are any other openings in the company for a job in the field your interested in.

he already knows you are qualified
just talk to him and tell him you will take the job there is no sense in doing all that when HE ASKED YOU
