Who care if its 6 or 8 for $100. Even if its a junker you could part it out. You could sell it whole for $600 or $700 if it runs and drives down the road. I have a 95 Camaro some options, 3.4 V6 automatic, with 215,000 miles. It worth Kelly Blue book just shy of $2,800.

$100 is like stealing the thing, especially if it has the V8 engine in it. If the exhaust (Chevy duals, as you put it) is stock, then chances are it is the LT1 V8 engine. If the starter is the only thing wrong with this car, you'd be a fool not to buy it.

It is most likely a v8 and I would buy it.

hell you could get more that $100 at a junk yard ...they usually pay $250 for a car that runs!
