No. If I have something to say that might be construed as negative, I'll speak privately TO that friend. I don't talk behind someone's back because I like to treat people how I would like to be treated.

Have you read how you phrased your question? How do you talk "in" someones back. Behind someones back is what you meant. Report for spelling and grammar lessons immediately!

No. If any of my friends do or say anything that bothers me, I discuss it with them in person. I wouldn't want them to do that to me - so I don't do that to them.
