im due tomorrow and i can feel the baby has dropped a little but yesterday through this morning i have had a constant lower back ache. it goes all the way around me to the front. it feels like i have a period from hell without the bleeding... any thoughts?

I think you'll be having the baby real soon! I can be a early sign of labor (even without the contractions) that you're body is getting ready. Good luck!!!

it sounds like labor. It is how I had my labor. Time the pain, contractions. Sometimes the pain exists till its time to deliver without any contractions. So get it checked. I had this pain the whole day and next day I went to get it checked and on the way got the pushing pain. So dont wait to time the contractions but get it checked

I had the same thing the morning that I gave birth. Felt as though I was going to start my period any moment. Best thing to do is keep the fon by you and make sure your bags are packed. good luck!

It can be a sign of early labor, or just the pressure from the baby.
I hope it's labor for you. Try walking it can help labor get started.

It's labor sweetie. I don't care how constant. It is not menstrual in any way. You are having signs of labor.

each pain u have count how long they last. also how far apart the are if this is happensing evey 5 minutes ur in labor.. i have 5 kids. check to see if have any discharge coming from you ..

just take it with stride a hot shower or hot bath helps
also a heating pad back there works too

sweetie it sounds like you are having back labor.Watch and see if it gets worse or if contractions start, then maybe you should be checked.Good luck

It could be back labor....I've never had it, but I don't think it's necessarily like contractions.....sounds like you are getting close.
