isohunt.com and torrentspy.com and then run the torrent file you download using a bittorrent program such as azureus or bitcomet (just google either of them for a free download).
These are illegal downloads of course but the quality can often be very good as long as you're not looking for current cinema releases as these will be video camera jobs sneaked into the cinema.
Movies that are already out on dvd are dvd rips which are of a muh higher quality

You can download bootlegs from these p2p illegal sites but you WON'T get DVD Quality from these programs. Movies here are copied by sneaking a cheap video camera into a theatre or taken from 'rough copies' and are not taken from the actual dvd. I mean you can go right now and download '300' off Limewire but it's NOT gonna be dvd quality. Hell, they haven't even made it a dvd yet. :-)
