If you had to go back in time and fight in any war or battle, Which would it be and why???

I am an ex british paratrooper, 15 years service. I served 3 tours of duty in N Ireland and in the Falklands war and there is NOTHING which is fun in war.

Not sure I would use the word "fun" to describe fighting in a war or battle, unless it was inside a game.

If you think that war and battles are 'fun' go and join the army and ask to go to Iraq. I think you'll soon cahnge your tune.

It has always been and will continue to be mans downfall to enjoy killing and bloodshed.
After all the blood that could be spilled and the life taken could quite easily be your own, in which case you wouldn't have the time to revel in the fun of killing and spilling the blood of another.
Grow up man.
