Decreasing population by migration is not a logical answer. We youth can help the country to bring an awareness on the ever increasing population. Some one has said, the quality of our population is deteriorating as compared to the quantity. Today, any educated married woman will like to have either none, or one or at the most 2 kids. The main reason of our population growth is no proper education, though we have been rated for having the best education system. The best solution to curb population is by educating & bringing the awareness amongst people on the side effects of being heavily populated. If one & every individul gets proper education, India will have population in control & be on its way for a more intellectual country...which we are to a certain extent.

Any country that has over population, just cannot solve this problem by migration (you mean by making people immigrate to other countries, birds migrate on continuous basis, they return back to almost same spot on set time frame).

The countries that has relatively less population are reaching the point where they are worried that, they may get over populated and are only importing seasonal and temporary works, on special visa, on need basses.

Example:

USA has about 10 years back log for India origin person without special status. Indian origin person with permanent residency in USA married to an Indian spouse is not able bring the spouse, for many years.

There are only a few places where people can move .The Tundras. the sharan desert, the bush country of Australia or Antarctica. Even in these places you require permission to settle down which will not be granted by the concerned governments

Sure, but where would they go? Migration implies a voluntary movement of people. Where else do you think a significant number of our people would rather live?
