Here's what you should do.
1st, don't waste your time with AVG, spybot, ad aware, CA, spyhunter, or anything of the sort. Stay away from anything that is FREE when it comes to spyware and antivirus. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.
2nd, You need some of the best software out there. Norton Systemworks is very good. That's the only good software from Norton. I wouldn't recommend Norton Internet security, its not that great. Now the best software you should get is Spysweeper with Anti-virus, this software is too good and gets better everyday. It blocks over 170,600 threats. No other software can compete with that or come close for that matter. It catches everything. I've used them all and it is 2nd to none.
3rd, after you install and update the software, since its in your system you will have to turn off system restore and then go into safe mode and run the scan and eliminate the virus. then after removal, reboot and turn system restore back on.
4th, (Optional) I recommend a Firewall from Zone Alarm, their free version is so good. Or you can buy their Pro version, but the free version will do more than the job.
5th, any probs during or after you do all this, send me an e-mail.

it rather is possibly on your registry and could keep repropigating itself each and every time you eliminate it. it is likewise possibly in equipment restoration... so needless to say you, you like a clean restoration factor the place it does not function. attempt BitDefender on line scanner and on a similar time because it rather is scanning keep an eye fixed on your demonstrate screen using fact your person anti virus will possibly %. it up (AVG will) and grant to 'heal' the an infection.... yet you have have been given to be speedy using fact it might basically be there on demonstrate screen for a 2nd or so. between the two... you need to get rid of it.

(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

seriously you need to update your virus/spyware software..like the other i like my nortons. After updating you'll need to turn off system restore and restart in safe mode..run virus scanner..if you still have internet connection, unplug it..If worse come to worse get all your program software together and begin the format of drive c,this will clear it off but will take everything else too..

If you have an antivirus, run a full system scan. The antvirus will quarantine/delete all the infected files. If you still dont have an antivirus, download one from McAfee.com or Symantec.com.
