It's been our problem, sometimes faucet is almost clogged after few months, tiles get rough, pots get heavy, and white clothes don't stay clean white after few washings.

I had a few water wells where the minerals in the water caused problems like you mentioned. The best thing to do is to get an analysis performed on a water sample to determine what type of minerals are in your water and then install the water conditioner best suited for your water.
A water softener system may be the answer to your problem and it could be placed on the water line as it enters the house to treat all the water. One place I had was so bad I would have to remove the electric hot water tank 2 to 3 times a year, take it outside, remove the heating elements and scrape and flush the scale build up out of it.

the problem you are having is caused by what they call "hard water" which is well water with a high content of chemical and iron deposits. this will stain your clothes, and a build up of effervescent deposits on your tiles and pots. you need to buy a water softener, and that will take care of your problem. make sure when you buy your water softener that also takes out iron in your water. a product like crl will get rid of your mineral deposits, or cement like accumulation from your tiles and pots. there is a product called iron out that will take out the yellow spots in your clothes also

I agree with the person who suggests having your well cleaned. To treat your tiles etc, use a cleaner that removes limescale, and leave it on for longer than it states on the container. You could use bleach in your white wash.
