I'm not 100% certain on this as i cant actually see your screen, but, you may have downloaded the setup programme off the net and the file may be waiting to be installed on your computer, which would probably be kept in a folder in MY COMPUTER somewhere. The site may also need you to disable pop up blocker to allow the screen to appear for the website, which you should be able to do easily enough using the toolbar, i hope this is of help to you,

Download and use opera to surf those sites
http://www.opera.com/download/
but get rid of the spyware which are causing popups first! Follow steps 1-2
(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

First you have not mentioned the browser you are using, secondly if you are getting pop ups, it means your computer is infected with Malware. The easiest solution for you would be to join a free Computer help forum like http://www.bleepingcomputer.com, and post your HJT log in the HJT log section and a techie will help you out. Stay away from AVG..when this is around ...http://www.avast.com/ :) :) :)
This is the legitimate website for Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/.
If possible you should SCAN your Computer here http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx

Your PC is likely infected. Remove all malware.
Make sure you ONLY get the Flash Player plug-in from the Adobe site.

Wow, interesting. I only moved right here and that i become thinking how i may well be gained using fact i've got heard diverse memories. i've got no longer felt any racism from human beings so far, yet regardless of the reality that i've got no longer been right here all that long. IMy husband is Egyptian and extremely easy skinned. We go out with our infant and we do get some stares on the line. that's to be anticipated once you seem diverse from every person else. every person's friendly however, and that they love my infant. i do no longer think of that the attention is malicious in any respect. I observed a newborn on the mall the former day and he become gesturing to his kinfolk, giggling and pointing at me, so I waved and smiled at him. i presumed it become lovable certainly.

try uninstalling your web browser and flash player. reinstall the browser, then reinstall flash player.
combat the pop-ups by a good anti-spyware and anti-virus software.
also (i hate to imply this) but perhaps ensure no one is going to "morally questionable" sites as they often drop pop-up software onto your computer
