You already have the French phrase, enceinte, but that makes me think of my French teacher in high school who told us about a fancy dinner she attended in France with friends. When asked if she wanted more to eat, she said what she thought meant "No thanks, I'm full." However it translated "No thanks, I'm (a) pregnant (animal)." She got horribly embarrassed!
So apparently in French "Je suis plein" must mean "I'm (a) pregnant (animal)!
