i want to detect effect of moon-light on eyes?

i want to measure the effect of moon light on eyes for the different possition of moon.can i procide the test in alternative way like 1.effect on photographic plate . 2.measuring out put of photo-voltice cell .3.measuring the light output by photo-transister ( basicly i want to compare the effect for different moon positions. )
