You are just the sweetest...thank you. But since this is a question and I don't want a violation...I guess I must answer..
Answerer 1 is not far off....but not really voo doo. (Weird answering this). In my world I have found that the advice of Pay It Forward helps keep one young. Always keep learning (YA actually is not a form of higher education, but certainly keeps me smiling and learning) And being just open enough for find great friends like you on YA that just made me beam for my birthday morning...my coffee tastes a little better and the air smells a little fresher (thank you especially for the Lady part). So my final answer to your question is that I guess is how you stay younger...APPRECIATE what comes your way...AND ALWAYS HAVE FAITH.....
