lol really thats mad. Specially when you cant put your neon lights on when your driving. I dont think that will be even be aloud. So disracting and its not as if they need the lights.

I dont live in the UK but I imagine that could be VERY distracting and dangerous. Here in the USA that sorta of thing wouldn't fly.
