Everyone is born with a curse. You don't have to do a thing. But if you want to poison your own life and hold onto the curse you were born with then take this advice: NEVER forgive anyone.
The only curse you can control is over your own life and the more you wnat to inflict pain in other peoples lives you will become more infected yourself. Forgiveness is the path that will lead you out of your own curse.
BUT HERE IS THE CATCH. You must first be forgiven. Yes. You are not perfect and you know that everything you have TRIED to do has not always gone to plan. Good intentions gone bad, selfish intentions never seen. You are in need of forgiveness as much as you need to forgive.

If you really want to get someone you hate, change your way of thinking and tell them you forgive them of all they have done to you and that you love them as a brother or sister. This works every time... Also tell them you have let Christ in your life and invite them to do the same...

Get a picture of the guy that you hate most, cut the head portion and replace it with your picture.

You must pray for someone that hurt you!
We are human beings we don't hate (at least we try!), we pray and act like humans. Take good care of your soul! God loves us all. He loves you and the one that you say that you hate...but the bad angel is telling you to hate, God says: "Love that person, you know it is not as bad as it seems to be!" We are all alike...let's act like human beings!

Why do you hate them? By hating them you are bringing negativity into your life. Forgive them for whatever they did and get on with your life. It will be the best thing you ever did.

you need 3 wise men to sit together in a dark room and pray special prayers, they can cast a spell on someone, and from my experience, anyone who was treated like that died (eventually)

It is not your place to punish them for whatever they have done. God will judge them. In the end you get what you deserve so don't do things to bring bad karma upon yourself.
