I think you mean the name of the letter "H and, I presume you are speaking about the English letter-name.
"Aitch" or, variantly "Haitch" would be how it is spelled; the former is given in the Concise Oxford dictionary, but the latter is too widely encountered to ignore.
The letter was not voiced until recently so that dialects -- such as Cockney -- where it is merely a sign for a brief exhalation before pronouncing the vowel have it right, historically.

English people if asked to spell the sound of the letter "H" would spell it "aitch"
French people would spell it "ash"
Perhaps other nationalities spell it differently.
