are bar soaps easier to drop?

I'm not too sure.
i think bars of soap are just more convenient and cheaper.
its probably not very hygienic in prisons to use bars of soap.
unless everyone has there own bar of soap?
i wouldn't want to use soap that i just saw someone else rubbing there doodle on. ha ha

well bubba keeps the guards bribed to make sure it's always bars...the smart prisoners ask their families to get them soap with a rope they can put on their necks so thy never bend over!
