Yes first day of last menstrual period. To calculate due date easily - take first day of last menstrual period, add 7 days and count 3 months back - whala - due date!

Do a yahoo search for "pregnancy calandar".
Pregnancy is based on the 1st day of your last period, so they actually consider you 2 weeks pregnant when you conceive. There are a lot of good websites out there that will caculate your due date.

usually you go by the LAST day of your last period.then you go back three months and add 7 days to that number.(exmp:
if the last day is January 12,you go back to October then you add 7 days to that so you've got October 19)

It's from the last day of your last period. That's how they determine how far along you are. I don't understand that myself, but that's how they do it.

tracy is not exactly correct, it is from the FIRST day of your last period
