I feel that I am chronically used to some others needs by some kind of people.

Okay, well then, you are more than halfway home. You could stop them more easily than someone that has no idea what's happening! You sound like you know who they are in your life. Now just figure out what they want (and if you want it too) and what their methods are (how do they get what they want) and if you are not on the same highway, block them off at the signpost next time they try it. You have the right to lead your own life and If it happens to coincide with their goals, Great!
If not, and you are doing things you hate to do, put up a road block. You know these people and you can figure out their tactics. Sounds easy but it takes thought and practice. Just remember though, You Cannot Change Them!! And there you go. Good Luck.

You are no one's puppet! Establish your boundaries! Put the word "no" in your vocabulary. No one can make you feel anything without your permission (to paraphrase Eleanor Roosevelt). Stop allowing people to use and manipulate you. You know when they are doing it if you feel shameful or guilty...that is the sure sign of being manipulated. I personally do NOT stand for it in my life anymore...and believe me, I used to get manipulated all the time! No more...because I say so! It's that easy.

Its impossible to avoid, trust me, i've been there.
What I found that helped was not to avoid them, but make yourself or find something for yourself that is greater than the worst thing that they could ask of you.
SOMETHING ENTIRELY FOR YOU. Like having your own dreams and not caring what anyone else thinks, because when you feel manipulated, its like they take a piece of you everytime right?
Dreams and Ideas, can never be bought or sold or broken unless you want them to.
So don't let them take those, and you have won.

I feel the same too but unfortunately, there's no way to stop manipulations. It's either use or be used. For example, we rear animals just to have their meat for meals and we cultivate plants for food. In this universe, there's always manipulation. There's no way to avoid it.

Do what you want, when you want and how you want. Anything short of this is what others want and opens you for manipulation.
However, be sensible about it because some things you should do, especially if its advantagous for you.
