ok what is happening is like uh when i turn my stering like has to turn to much or something so it doesnt return to it's upwright position once ive turned, its still like upside down and last night it when out of control and just started going back and forth almost causing me to end up in a ditch. It's like it's possed or something. Please can you tell me whats wrong with it or at least what type of mech. I even need to take it to. It's has plenty of pwr steering fluid in it.

It is either your power steering pump, front end alignment or you need a new belt going from your motor to the power steering pump. Sounds like a power steering pump to me and if it is acting up that bad you better get it fixed before you kill someone!!

Need more details but it sounds like when you turn you steering wheel it dosn't recenter itself. This could be frozen ball joints of front end parts from lack of grease.
Or it sounds like the stearing column shaft might be broken and is only steering sometimes because it is catching the two broken parts together.

Check the power steering belt; and perhaps the pump itself has gone bad

doesn't sound good. a general mech can check the front end on a lift and where the excess looseness is

i believe it could be the nut behind the steering wheel
