There is an easier way. Just open the CD, right click the folders and click delete.

No you can erase a CDRW disc but you cannot delete a single file. You must save the folders you still want to your harddrive, erase the CD and then burn the 2 you want back to it.

ok if you delete a file on any CD it's gone the file is still there but you can't get it to open now let's say the CD is 700mb and the file was 100mb if you delete the file now the disk only has 600mb left on it unless the CD is a CD-RW then you can format it to get back to 700mb
