I hope i never have to chose something like that but I'll go for life in jail if i wasn't guilty since they have appeal some people get pardon from the govt for good behavior etc you never know might get out one day
But if i was guilty and knew there was no way out kill me please and have my blood in the govt hands and pray God for forgiveness for my sins so at least i have hope to go to heaven (better place )

I'd probably choose death penalty because what's the point of living life all locked up and having a bad name? But I might chicken out if I actually had to choose....

Life in prison is a death penalty. Just a slow one.
I'd choose the quicker one, assuming it was painless.

Definitely the Death Penalty!! God would forgive me and I would miss all the terrors of prison. I never understand why lawyers and defendants are so damn happy when they get sentenced to life in prison. I assume they get swept up in the fray or they must dread hell. Must be a religious conflict. That's all I can figure.

Life in prison. If you behave yourself and obey the rules prison may not be so bad. You can have visitors, engage in prison activities, etc. and have the posibility of a parole. To me anything is better than instant death.

Death penalty. Living life without freedom is worse than dying. At least when you die you won't have to suffer from boredom.

life in prison because where i live a place called Britain it doesnt matter what sentence you get youll prob be out in a couple years on bail.
