i have ballet 5 times a week and 2 overdue projects but dont want to give up any ballet?

You seriously need to make the best of your time. Maybe you need to get up earlier in the morning? Use any free periods at school to do school work NOT socialize.
I used to horse back ride very competitively when I was in school and it meant I had school work and practice. No time for social life. It sucked in some ways but was so rewarding. If you love ballet you will know what you need to give up in order to balance school and ballet. Just do it! :)

Is ballet more than an hour a day? If so I would probably switch to a new dance studio. If you only do dance as an extra curricular activity there is no reason you can't get the other stuff done. My daughter did dance...ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and modern her senior year of high school and still maintained a 4.0 grade point average...prioritize honey!

i suggest you skip a ballet class to get caught up then make your self a schedule daily and stick to it. i used to have the same problem. I started takeing my school work to the studio. I talked with my dance teacher and she set up a study area in the studio for us older students to work on studies between classes. This might work for you also.

I think you should balance your time so that you have time for both. To get into a college or a ballet school, you will have to have time for both.

i think its the best to use all the free periods in school so that u can finish off all the other works wen u return.
u don hav to miss ballet..

its called putting your priorities in order. you have to do this when you grow up. it sucks.
