That depends on....is 68.95 the price including the tax or before the tax...if it's before the tax ...then what state do you live in and what is the sales tax rate......Oh...it's probably just a simple question from your math class in which case the awnser would be $31.05

And what is the tax rate? Most states charge a sales tax and without knowing what that is I can't give the correct answer. Also if you don't know the answerer then I wouldn't want you working for me.
