allow me to create a resume and send it out to companies of my choice?
I mean like a website that will just allow me to create and save, not necessarily something like careerbuilders.com were you can only send it to jobs in their database.

not sure try google and see what it sends back, if you go on to lots of websites but upload your own CV you have more chance of being seen and getting to a wider audience! xx

Not really. If you have Windows, Microsoft Works should have something that has Resume on there and you can save it there.
