Teacher and student are one, we are all one. If the teacher ceases to be the student, the teacher is obsolete and the student ceases to manifest what they learn if they are no longer a teacher they are not manifesting the integration of what they have learned. Have they learned at all?
We are all manifestations of the one. The purpose is to be, to experience life, to attain realization, to breath our experiences into one another awakening to that oneness while enjoying the illusion of our binary existance as seperate individuals, yet inseperable energies.
The senses provided are not the same for everyone and as you have implied, we, regardless of our individuality have the ability to transcend those givens. The senses are our ability to map in order to function where we place our attention our consciousness, they are the brush, paint and canvas with which we create by our nature, register, experiences rather than memory, which affirms the idea of experience which become the experience. The mind plays, what is created in the mind becomes experience, is an experience. What comes to the mind created by the mind is an experience.
What is devine? It is a word, a symbol. That which is symbol and meaning at the same time, transcends both.
You guys are so much fun...have a great day!

our senses allows us to see a small fraction, of what there really is in the universe, we are tuned to frequency in which we are lead to believe, this is all there is, remember as you know we are tuned to dark matter, we can only perceive 20% of what is visible in this universe, which is an illusion. when we switch our lights off, all we see darkness, because we are preconditioned to believe this is darkness, a scientific fact of life, but then again in the same vicinity of darkness, you see the cat screaming its head that seems to know where its going is fascinating, but at the same time not at all inappropriate.
