i would have four washers and 4 dryers that way you could get
clothes for gentle cycle and whites, jeans,colors,
but the point is you would be able to do many different clients and you would want to have a extra washer just in case you have something that had to be washed alone

This depends on how many loads my customers have for me to do, I would sort it into a few loads at a time.
