Started around waist and spread to upper torso, also on my legs just below my knees

Yes some women develope hives during pregnancy and they will go away after you give birth. Ask you Dr for some medication for the itch.

I know of women who broke out in a rash and were diagnosed with PUPPS. From what I understand it can last through the entire pregnancy. Hopefully it is just hives b/c those leave as fast as they come. I would have the doctor check just in case. I am pretty sure there is something they can give you to relieve PUPPS.

yes but it may not be caused by pregnancy. maybe something you ate or drank.

Yup... my friend had that....two of them did actually. It is abbreviated as P.U.Ps.. go to your doctor and you can take something for it.
