If you really want to do it then:
Start from you - dont over pay auto driver, wait in queues even if they take money and send you in earlier, if you apply for phone make sure you get the line when it is ur turn, if you are registering a property dont pay additional costs to anyone... and one by one

firstly you stop paying speed money for work that you want to be done out of turn (tough, isnt it?). Each one of us think the other person should stop to prevent corruption whereas the solution is in each of us doing it.
