most apex preditors (GW shark, bengal tiger, lion, grizzly bear) do not have natural enemies when they are adults. The only time they are in danger from predation is when they are young.

There are also a few non preditors in the same boat. Elephants, rhinos, kangaroos, ostriches, etc, are all herbivours, but once they are adult have no natural preditors to contend with.

Depends how you define "enemy". All predators must still worry about attacks from small organisms, from parasites to microbes, that can weaken or kill them.
