It has a one line paragraph which sumerises the reason for the divorce. It doesn't go into detail. Mine says 'Unreasonable behaviour'. Hope this helps.

It may or may not .... I really do not know. You would actually have to read it to find out for sure either way. I feel i tshould have the reason on it but it may not. Myabe if you ask for it to be done and written in it they may do it for you if you request to have it done that way.

if you are the one filing and want to keep the real reason just file for irreconcilable differences and that's good enough but if the other party files there is no control over what they claim
