The information below is for Phoenix, Arizona. I don't think you can find a reliable source for the entire state.

Here is what I would do. Type in this site - http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=Mecca%2C+Saudi+Arabia


Then type in Tempe, Az or Phoenix, AZ, and perhaps some other Arizona cities in the upper left box and scroll down to History and Almanac and type in the month and any day or the day you are looking for. When this page comes up you can get daily weather or weekly, or monthly averages.
