The best place to buy these online is from http://www.tartanrugs.com based in Scotland. They have, apparently, the widest range available anywhere and attempt to deliver the following day in the UK. Rugs range in price from £22 (pure wool) to £235 (pure Cashmere).

Try it.

I Googled Tartan Blankets and up came the sites. $9.00 each and less for the additional ones you want to purchase.
