I've heard about the Human Genome Project, and given people each others DNA so we could all look the same. Is this all true?

I think some people already have things like that.
I distinctly recall people talking about designer genes in the 1980s. Some person named Jordache and Gloria Vanderbilt were heavily into this break-out industry.
You might check with some used clothing stores, I think they still have some.

maybe they can. BUT...they do have SUNTANNING creams and WHITENING creams and THEY have that GLITTER stuff for our bodies for when we go clubbin.

I THINK they can create a hazy light FILM gel that will glow. Don't you think? i think that is MORE reasonable and predicatable in LESS time.

altering genes to make us glow?????hmm. maybe for the lighter skinned people. hmmm. I know some white friends of mine that are so white they GLOW pretty much in daylight or half past 1AM!!!!!
