We flirt constantly, I am highly attracted to her but she can't be overt about her reciprocal attraction. I would like to explore some options with her, but wouldit ruin the friendship or make working akward? We have a great and unconventional friendship as it is. I need some guidance, here. Thanks.

I have one word for you hon.."MARRIED". My opinion is that she is probably only curious. Chances are high, that she will not leave her husband for you. Do you want to be a fling? Don't put unnecessary strain on your friendship. It really sounds like you have more than just a crush on her.Be her friend and have respect for her marriage. You don't want to end up heartbroken, when it's all said and done,do you?You can't go wrong by just remaining friends with her. You deserve to find a woman who is available to give you all that you need and deserve in a relationship. My personal opinion is that she can't give you that. She's married.Sneaking around with her behind her husband's back can't be what you need. You deserve to have someone solely to be your love and only yours. I hope I helped a little bit. Good luck to you sweetie. :)

There are so many things at stake here:
1. Your friendship
2. Her marriage
3. Your respective jobs

While the idea may excite you, but think of the problems it might create for the two of you. Sometimes, it takes one act of intimacy to ruin a perfectly good friendship. And for her, it will be like cheating on her husband. Would you do that if you were in her place? Also, will the office you work in understand the situation from your point of view? If you really feel strongly about it, maybe you should try to broach the issue to your friend, but then take call on whether she will be as open minded about it all as you might like to think. When we develop a crush on someone, we tend to paint a flattering picture of the other person, and take even simple acts of congeniality as interest from the other person. I hope this is not the same here. Please be very careful, you are treading on extremely thin ice here.

Leave well alone. It will end in one or other of you having to leave the job. How do you know she isn't straight? Does she know you are a lesbian? I would find out those questions before making any sort of a move.

I think you should try to go further. You may risk losing a friend but you might get a lover. She wouldn't be flirting too if she wasn't interested.

If she's married I would advise against taking it to the next level.

i would leave it as is being friends, there is to much at stake here your jobs, the friendship and at the top of this list her marriage.its never good to try to start a relationship with a married person that's cheating and its just wrong.

Best let her make any moves as far as a relationship beyond friendship is concerned, given her marriage situation. Nothing wrong with having good friends.
