it just turns off and stops everything even the open websites.
whenever I start clicking "save" the computer starts shutting down even if I didn't turned it off yet.

well frnd the reason might be something like your system might be affected with some kind of spyware and malware which is one of the cause for your presented problem so try to first remove the spyware and malware by using some anti spyware softwares which are available in the internet.



And the other problem might be something like service packs problem
sometimes even the service packs may not support the websites that you are opening.
so try to improve and upgrade your service pack

You have an error.
Click on Control Panel and right click on System.
Click on the Advanced tab and there will be a setup button by start up and recovery.

There is a check box that say Restart on error or something like that. Uncheck this box.

You also need to look under administrative tools at the event viewer. There may be an error message there.

If the solution given by Analprogrammers'profile doesn't work. Then it is surely due to some Win32 class virus. May be you are having the same problem when you open CommandPrompt window. Downloading or Save triggers command prompt action. I would suggest Avast anti-virus would do the job.

It sounds very strange, I think the first thing I would try is a virus scan.
