Do an online virus scan to check if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

Its a program thats running on your computer.
Some programs you load have other programs that run with them, this is more than likely what it is because you've allowed it.
Usually your firewall can tell you what it is. You can block the permission or delete the file. If something stops working then you know what that file was for.
