Mine was soft with tiny 1 cm firm bit at the bottom. This is because for the first weeks your womb is still behind the pubic bone and is just starting to peep over. If you have a firm tummy it might be due to water retention or most likely wind as this is common in the first trimester - as is constipation which may also be a factor.
All pregnancies are different though so if you have any concerns raise them with your Dr/MW and they will help you.

Mine didn't start to feel noticeably hard till about the end of January so that would have been my 7/8th month. And it got really hard once the baby dropped last week, but to each their own. My first "belly" didn't get hard till I was two weeks from having her, so even the same woman can have different reactions with different pregnancies.

nobody could really tell i was pregnant untill I was 5 months. I was small too. I weighed 109 and people still couldn't tell all that much. Don't worry, it'll probably be soft in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

It depends on the individual - coz I have big "child baring hips" I had alot of space to fill out before I was even showing - got to about 7 months before people could glance at me and know I was pregnant and it was prolly around the same time I would say my belly started to noticeably feel hard - others, well my cousin swore hers was feeling hard at 5 weeks...its all relative.

well your uterus starts off the size of a lime then by 12 weeks its the size of a grapefruit, which isnt very big. you'll be able to feel a hard lump in your tummy but the whole thing wont be hard just yet.

they are still feeling regular. maybe a little chubbier. if its your 1st baby you really dont show until 20 weeks and up .about when you start feeling the baby really move around. i didnt show until 61/2 months. just depends on your body.

depends on how big your baby inside is. mine became hard at around 20 weeks because my baby became so big and she is running out of space to move about
