Is your black ink out? What colour paper are you printing on? "Grey" is just a percentage of black, based on how densely black ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper to make the image. Process grey would be a combination of the color inks, but isn't truly grey, plus process grey wastes ink. So, a quick fix would be to adjust the grey in your image to a color that can be handled by your printer as it currently is, or install a new black ink cartridge.

Your tri color ink crtidge has finished one of his color. So replace new colour cartidge.

juz wondering...maybe you ran out of ink...make sure that your color management is optimized...(check your printing prefferences)...hope this helps
