I mean giving the exam from KOTA or a place like that means more scope?and then will the choice of this exam centre affect the stream and the centre of IIT given to you?

With these negative thoughts before an exam, I think you will make this happen. Why are you getting burdened with these needless thoughts. Do you need to add to the pressure you already are in. Dont worry. Give it your best shot, I am sure you will get a very good rank and centre of your choice :-) All the best
